“Koch Industries PAC has spent more so far this year than the combined PACs of ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, BP and Shell (which is, as noted above, among the lowest-spending PACs in the industry). Koch PAC has disbursed $1.103 million through July; those four oil giants have spent a combined $1.076 million.”
