Sen. Jim Inhofe has donated $10,000 to Sen. Scott Brown
On Thursday night, Massachusetts Senate Candidate Elizabeth Warren (D) said during a debate that a vote for Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) is a vote for infamous climate change denier Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.).
As reported by The Hill, “Warren, in Thursday night’s debate, noted that the Massachusetts race will help decide if Republicans take control of the Senate, which would likely put Inhofe in charge of the Environment and Public Works Committee.”
Brown fired back, “You’re not running against Senator Jim Inhofe; you’re running against me.”
Warren isn’t running against Inhofe, it’s true, but Brown is happy to take the Oklahoma Senator’s money. In fact, Inhofe has donated the legal maximum to the Senator this cycle—$10,000—through his leadership PAC, Fund for a Conservative Future. The donations came in two $5,000 checks in March and July of this year.
