Welp, I guess there’s a lobbyist for everything, via Politico Influence:
NESTLE HIRES WATSON GREEN FOR PUMPKIN PROBLEMS: Nestle USA has hired another lobbying firm, Watson Green, to lobby on its behalf, according to Senate lobbying disclosures. The firm’s Robert Green will be lobbying in “support of legislation to liberalize planting restrictions on pumpkins.”
The company also recently hired The Roth Group to lobby on agriculture and transportation issues. Hogan Lovells, McLeod, Watkinson and Miller, ML Strategies, Podesta Group and Policy Directions lobbied on behalf of the company in 2012, when it spent $4.3 million on lobbying the federal government.
